Breguet Releases Reveil Musical Watch

Breguet has introduced the Reveil Musical Watch, featuring an exquisite musical mechanism to embellish the luxury timepiece. Available with an 18 carat yellow or white gold 48mm round case, this watch features Breguet Caliber 777 mechanical self-winding movement with a silicon escapement and a Breguet balance-spring. The musical mechanism plays a 20-25 second musical tune, during which the rotating dial performs a complete turn while the tune is being played. The music can be played via a pre-set alarm function or on-command via a push piece at 10 o’clock. The dial features a second-hand with a treble clef end and a power-reserve display at 3 o‘clock. The caseband features an engraved musical stave.

It is presented in a box made of resonance spruce wood from the Risoud forest in Valle de Joux (main type of wood chosen by luthiers as the vibrating membrane on stringed instruments). Each limited edition timepiece is individually numbered and bears the Breguet signature.

Breguet timepieces will be available at King Jewelers in Aventura, FL in November 2010. For more information, please visit www.breguet.com and www.kings1912.com.
